The Seasonal Habits

A daily practice container built around habits you'll actually keep, and the seasons already moving through your life.

No tarot or astrology experience needed.

Habits + The Heavens

The most holistic kind of healing happens when you're working on at least two areas of life at once.

There's the inner work: your habits, your patterns, how you actually take care of yourself day to day. And there are the larger forces already moving around you, whether you're paying attention to them or not: the seasons, the astrology shaping the backdrop of your month.

Most habit trackers only work with the first. Most astrology content only offers the second, and rarely asks you to do anything with it. The Seasonal Habits is the bridge between them. A daily practice tethered to something already in motion above you, so the internal work isn't happening in a vacuum, and the celestial isn't just information you read and forget.

The hope isn't just a habit that sticks for a season. It's that the inner work starts rippling outward into the rest of your life, too.

Not for you if: you're looking for something passive. This workbook asks you to show up daily. That's the whole point.

  • You want a daily practice but haven't found one that sticks

  • You're curious about astrology but don't want to be overwhelmed by it

  • You're drawn to inner work and want something more grounded than journaling alone

  • You want to feel the difference between where you start a month and where you end it

  • You want a simple, direct way of embodying and understanding the zodiac

The GAP This Closes

Most of us don't actually lack awareness. We know what's off. We know where we're out of alignment

The gap isn't the knowing. It's between knowing and actually doing something differently, consistently, over time.

If you've ever finished a self-help book, felt inspired, and done nothing differently two weeks later — this is for you.

If you've ever done a tarot spread, had a real moment of clarity, and watched it evaporate before the month was over — this is for you.

The Seasonal Habits is built to close that gap. Not a course. Not a reading. Not one more thing to consume and set aside. This is daily practice container. Something you return to every single day, built around habits specific enough to actually do.

How A Month Actually Feels

It starts with an honest gut-check. No performances, just where you actually are.

The habit you're given isn't random. It's tied to whichever signs the sun is moving through during the month, whether you're tracking that or not. You're syncing to something already in motion. And you stay with it for the whole season, not a day or a week. Long enough for it to stop being a task and start being a lens you're looking through.

Then the season moves in, and so do you. Some days the habit is easy. Some days you skip it and have to decide whether to pick it back up or let it go for the day. Both are fine, neither is a verdict on you. But take the opportunity to ask yourself questions.

Partway through, something usually surfaces you didn't expect. A pattern showing up in a conversation, a moment you reacted before you thought. This is the work arriving as an opportunity to notice it.

By the time the season shifts, you're not the same person who started it. While not dramatically, it is enough to notice. You look back at Day 0 and see the difference in your own handwriting, not someone else's assessment of you. You look back and see what you kept up with, and what you didn't. Again, not as a judgement but as a data point.

Then the next season begins, and you do it again. A little more practiced, a little more yourself.

What Members Are Saying

"Working with Kayla has been groundbreaking for my mental health and self growth. I appreciate the care and intention she puts into the journal prompts and tarot spreads. The journals are beautiful to look at and the prompts really help you dig deep and track personal progress! The meetings are always very insightful and Kayla is great to bounce ideas off of and gain a perspective I didn’t see before. The tarot cards for each month are very carefully chosen and match the themes going on in my life. I also like that astrology was incorporated. Doing these journals has been a major self care ritual for me. Overall I highly recommend Astral Commons, join for you and your inner child!"

"What brought me to the Astral Commons was and has been a genuine curiosity for learning more about the tarot alongside community! I have been practicing for a few years now on my own and with the help from close friends, and I loved the idea of incorporating tarot into my journaling. What I appreciate about the Astral Commons is how structured the prompts are alongside the amazing conversations they spark between me and my friend! I'm someone who has ADHD so getting to work through the prompts together with community helps as it functions as sort of body-doubling since its very collaborative. Thanks House of Astralis for inviting me into this lovely journey of self-discovery 🫶"
